Work done was very good. Staff was pleasant. My only suggestion would be to remember and call the customer with anticipated finish time and when vehicle will be ready for pick. I called 3 days in a row. The first time I called, I was told they were putting it back together and it should be ready by end of that day. Second time I called, they were finished in the Body Shop, however, they were waiting for the car to be aligned in another department. Third time I called I was told yes my car was ready and I could pick it up around 3:30. Due to my work schedule, I would not be able to pick up my car at 3:30. I asked to pick it up between 1-2. They did meet my request for this timeframe. My point is, I should not have had to make 3 calls on 3 different days. Communication with the customer should have been initiated by the Body Shop staff. Other than that, I was pleased with the work done to my car.

They took care of all the issues, and had me back on the road in a timely manner. Work was all under warranty.

First oil change and tire rotation, was in andout in no time.

Josh did a great job and had my oil change completed very fast!

Corey, the salesman, was great and answered all. Finance guy worked hard to get a deal figured out and everyone that worked there was really nice.

Many years ago, we had an unpleasant experience with Pioneer’s finance manager and we haven’t quite forgotten that but, now that Pioneer owns the Summer’s dealership, where we have dealt for more than 20 years, we will have to get over that! You have a new service manager but he treated us well and took care of our car quickly.
